Arina Beach Resort

We got upgraded to beach front bungalows - which were amazing! On the beach, a step from the excellent snack bar, 2 steps from the great water park, 3 steps from the dining room and main pool. Beautiful beach! Staff very helpful and most friendly. Great breakfast. All in all - amazing stay, will definitely try to go back.

A Truly Exceptional Stay! ​My family and I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Arina Beach Resort. From the moment we arrived until the very end, everything was perfect. ​The rooms were pristine, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The swimming pools were fantastic, offering a variety of options for both relaxation and fun. All the facilities, including the restaurants and common areas, were of the highest standard. ​What truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding service. Every single staff member, from the cleaning crew to the reception team, was incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their kindness and helpfulness were exceptional. ​Even after we checked out at 10:00 AM and went to Heraklion Airport, we discovered our flight had already left due to an unnotified schedule change. We had to return to the resort to wait for several hours for a new flight. Despite this difficult situation, the team at Arina Beach Resort was incredibly understanding and supportive. They provided us with comfort and assistance, which we greatly appreciated. ​We are so grateful for their hospitality and kindness. This resort is a true gem, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

We recently stayed at this hotel for 8 nights and genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay – from the delicious food to the wonderful attitude of the staff. The meals were truly outstanding. I personally love fish, and there was a great variety of fish and seafood dishes available. Everything was fresh and flavorful, including meat ,vegetable and side options. The drinks were of good quality too. We especially loved the beach – the sandy bottom was very clean, with almost no stones. Yes, there were some seaweeds on certain days, but that’s part of nature and didn’t bother us at all. I was able to find a spot on the beach almost every day. We stayed in the annex building, which is for adults only, and it was always peaceful and quiet there. We had no trouble finding sunbeds by the pool, and there was even a private bar. I want to give special thanks to Konstantina, who served us at the bar. She was so kind and attentive – her warm and friendly attitude truly made our holiday even better. On our last day, I accidentally lost a brooch, and Konstantina noticed it, realized it might be mine, and called the reception. Thanks to her, I got it back just in time before our departure – I’m so grateful for her attention to detail and care. The entire staff was very polite and helpful without ever being intrusive, and we always felt there was someone to talk to if needed. Next time we’re in Crete, we will definitely come back to this hotel. We rarely return to the same place twice, but this time we really want to. And one more nice touch – after check-out, the wristbands are not removed, so you can continue to enjoy all the hotel’s facilities (except the room) until it’s time to leave. That was incredibly convenient for us, as our flight was in the afternoon and we had some hours to spend at the hotel after check-out.

Travelling with little baby this hotel was a great option. We had pur own pool and it was right on the seafront and next to one of the restaurants so it was super easy and comfortable. It made our trip a lot more enjoyable . Room was nice and spacious and loved sleeping with music of the sea

The staff was super friendly and professional. The food has a large variety to choose with different options everyday in main restaurant. Every single dish was super fresh and well prepared. The night life also varies from traditional greek dance to a group dance, from a small concert to a mini disco. The seating area around the stage was always full every night before the show starts at 9pm. You will never get bored through a full week of stay. I was invited to a group dance one night and that was the highlight of my stay. The great experience not only came from the fabulous food, fantastic view, extreme comfort, but also from the lively culture and the lovely people.
